Below are high-level load-in details for each ARTOMOBILIA WEEKEND event. Please note that the load-in process varies by event and venue, so we encourage you to review the information carefully.

These details are preliminary. Final instructions—including maps, timing, and additional specifics—will be provided during the first part of August.

PORSCHE CLASSIC RESTORATION CHALLENGE LOGISTICS

Friday, September 5, 2024: 10:00am - 5:00pm EST

Motor District: 1516 W Tournament Trail, Unit A-1, Westfield, IN 46074

Load-in Instruction: Cars arriving in the days prior to the event, please coordinate with Alden Griffin @ 765.309.2171 for your arrival date/time. Cars arriving early will be housed overnight in Building M on the Motor District campus. 

Awards: Winners will be awarded at Artomobilia on Saturday, September 7th in the Carmel Arts & Design District (see Artomobilia Event Logistics) from the Porsche-Palooza group at ARTOMOBILIA.

Partners/Sponsors Load-in: 8am - 10am; Load-out: 4:30pm - 5:30pm

Any and all partner/sponsor properties need to be in-place no later than 10am. In all cases, please be sure to bring all the assets (tables, chairs, linens, extension cords, etc.) that you will need for your display. You may arrive between 8am and 10am to set-up, then return at a time of your choosing.

Display Car Load-in: 8am - 10am: Load-out: 4:30pm - 5:30pm

All displays, vehicles, properties need to be in-place no later than 10am.  Staff will be on-site beginning at 8:00am, and display vehicles will be loaded in on a first-come, first serve basis beginning at 8:30am.  As ever, select vehicles will be placed in designated locations, and therefore must arrive on-site before 10am.  All other vehicles will be placed as they arrive.  Keys to each vehicle must be provided to the staff once the vehicle is in-place to facilitate load-out at 4:30pm. 

All vehicles will enter the Motor District from East entrance (1516 W Tournament Trail) and proceed to the Event Plaza toward the back of the campus. The Motor District staff will provide directions for placement of each display vehicle.  Please unload your vehicle along Tournament Trail and parallel park the hauler/trailer in an available space.

Partners/Sponsors Load-in: 1pm - 3pm; 5pm - 5:45pm

Any and all partner/sponsor properties need to be in-place no later than 5:45pm. In all cases, please be sure to bring all the assets (tables, chairs, linens, extension cords, etc.) that you will need for your display. You may arrive between 1pm and 3pm to set-up, then return at 6pm. Or, you are welcome to set-up between 5pm and 5:45pm, and simply stay.

Display Cars: 5:30pm - 6:00pm

Staff will be on-site beginning at 9:00am, and display vehicles will be loaded in in a “V” formation (see Area C below) on a first-come, first serve basis beginning at 5:30pm.  Jet’s will be put into position by the Jet Access team at their discretion throughout the day while set-up is occuring. Display cars arriving before 5:30pm will be staged on the Tarmac and moved in place at 5:30pm.

Please be sure keys to each vehicle stay on-site with a responsible party to facilitate load-out at 10:35pm. 

All vehicles will enter the Jet Access Center throught main airport entrance, and then take the small service road to the east, and proceed through the security gate on the Tarmac.  The Veloce staff will provide directions for placement of each display vehicle.  Display cars arriving via a hauler, need to be unloaded in the maintenance lot.

Overview: The Artistry & Elegance Luncheon, held at the elegant Anthony's Chop House, is an exclusive event designed to celebrate the intersection of automotive excellence and the vibrant arts community in Carmel. This luncheon aims to highlight the artistic elements inherent in the Artomobilia event, providing a refined atmosphere for attendees to appreciate both fine dining and the arts. With a focus on the wives and spouses of the men who attend Artomobilia, the event seeks to foster a deeper connection between the automotive enthusiasts and the rich cultural offerings of Carmel.

Attendees will enjoy a luxurious dining experience while being introduced to the diverse artistic expressions represented in the Carmel Arts & Design District. The luncheon will feature a guest speaker who will discuss the significance of supporting local arts, with particular emphasis on the contributions of the Carmel Symphony Orchestra and the Center for the Performing Arts. By showcasing the arts in this unique context, the Artistry & Elegance Luncheon aims to inspire attendees to become more involved in the local arts scene, promoting a sense of community and cultural enrichment.

Load-in/Set-up: Partners and Sponsors that intend to have on-site materials or displays are welcome to set-up between 11:00am and 11:30am, and need to be complete by 11:45am.

ARTOMOBILIA LOGISTICS

Saturday, Sep 6, 2024: 11:00am (Event Start)

Carmel Arts & Design District: 200 South Rangeline Road, Carmel, Indiana

Load-in Instructions: Load-in for Artomobilia happens in two concurrent phases.  Sponsors will arrive/load-in between 7:00am and 8:00am (see Sponsor Location Map), depending on the complexity of their display, while entrants (see Sample Entrant Load-in Map) will load-in between 8am and 10:45am.  Please plan to use the map below to locate your space(s) and determine the best way in. If you are only bringing cars, and light properties, you are welcome to load-in with the balance of the entrants at the appointed time.  Those sponsors with displays that required a hauler or support vehicles, will need to be on-site at 7am to unload their display, then relocate their hauler before 8am.  Entrant cars will begin placement at 8am, and their positioning on the street will block the movement of haulers in or out of the Arts & Design District.
