Plan your Artomobilia experience with our full schedule of events, from Friday celebrations to Saturday’s showcase and beyond.

Artomobilia Weekend is filled with events that celebrate cars, community, and culture across Carmel and beyond. From Friday’s gatherings like the Porsche Classic Restoration Challenge and the Veloce Hangar Party, to Saturday’s main showcase in the Carmel Arts & Design District featuring Artomobilia, Porsche-Palooza, Lotus-Palooza, BMW-Palooza, Mercedes Monumental, and the Artistry & Elegance Ladies’ Luncheon, each experience is carefully planned to highlight the passion of our automotive community.

EVENT SCHEDULE (EVENT START: 11:00AM)

• 06:00am - Road Closure: Main Street & Rangeline Road

• 08:00am - Entrant Load-in from Marshaling Yard

• 10:45am - All entrant cars in-place

• 11:00am - Artomobilia & Palooza Judging Begins
  (Entrants please be near your cars)

• 02:00pm - Palooza Awards Presentation by Clubs

• 02:30pm - Artomobilia Judging Ends

• 02:45pm - Class Winners Relocated @ Indiana Design Center (South Parking Lot)

• 03:00pm - Award Celebration Tent / Bar Open to Entrants

• 03:30pm - Awards Ceremony / John Pitz / Mayor Finkam

• 04:45pm - Best in Show / Penultimate Awards

• 05:00pm - Closing Remarks / John Pitz

• 07:00pm - Road Open: Main Street & Rangeline Road
