Thank you for registering. We're excited to have your Porsche with us on Saturday, August 29, as part of Artomobilia in the Carmel Arts & Design District. Präzision-Palooza celebrates 75-plus years of Porsche across a full range of classes — air-cooled, water-cooled, GT variants, daily drivers, and more — displayed along North Rangeline Road alongside Artomobilia's broader collection of nearly 500 vehicles.
A quick note on the name. As many of you know, we've had the privilege of working with Porsche North America on the Porsche Classic Restoration Challenge for the past three years. This year we're collaborating with their Corporate Event Team — the group that handles Porsche's largest national events — and we couldn't be more excited about it. Their legal team, however, was considerably less excited about our use of the name "Porsche-Palooza." In the spirit of keeping our legal bills manageable, we've acquiesced. The event formerly known as Porsche-Palooza is now Präzision-Palooza — Präzision being the German word for precision, which feels appropriately on-brand. That said, you're welcome to pronounce it the new way… or the old way. Either way, we’ll know what you mean. 🤨
Because all participant vehicles are carefully staged for load-in to the district, here is what to expect regarding communications leading up to the event:
Early August: You will receive an email confirming your group's acceptance and placement.
Mid-August: You will receive a separate email with your specific load-in time and arrival instructions for the Marshaling Area.
Marshaling Area: Ascension St. Vincent Carmel (full details provided in mid-August email)
We will also send a general event reminder the week before with everything you need for a great day.
