VELOCE Hangar Party
Welcome to the Veloce Hangar Party, Cars & Cocktails on August 29th at 5:30pm.
Please plan to arrive between 5:30pm and 6:30pm, with closer to 5:30pm preferred. Enter through the Northeast service gate (it will be open), then look for the Veloce team, who will guide you into position. As you enter the hangar, please stay alert to the aircraft and their wing tips, they are easy to underestimate, and we want to avoid any accident at all costs.
Once your car is in place, roll down your windows and take your keys with you, then relax and enjoy the evening: a solo set from the BlueWater Kings, light bites from Ruth's Chris, and an open bar with specialty drinks from Beam Suntory.
The event concludes at 10:00pm. Shortly after, we'll ask you to return to your vehicles and exit the same way you arrived.
One quick note for those who'd like more flexibility. If you'd prefer to drop your car off earlier in the day, before 4:00pm is no problem at all. Just let John Leonard know at 317.313.5200, and we'll be happy to accommodate you. If your car is staying overnight, we'll place it securely in the hangar, and your keys will be available for pickup at the Jet Access Center front desk.
Pre-Arrival Notes
Attire: Gentlemen are asked for resort casual with a sport coat, and women are welcome in summer wear. With the forecast sitting in the mid-70s, it's shaping up to be a beautiful evening for it.
Aircraft & Automobiles: Please take care around the private automobiles and aircraft on display. Their owners' generosity is what makes this evening special, so kindly keep food and drinks at a safe distance while you enjoy these remarkable machines up close.
Active Airport: The Jet Access Center is an active airport regulated by the FAA, so we ask that you stay within the event area throughout the evening. It keeps everyone safe and keeps us in good standing with our gracious host.

The aircraft layout will determine the car and lounge layout. Below is a general reference and not a exact diagram. We will work with the Jet Access team to determine the placement of the aircraft, and then (carefully) fill-in around the aircraft with automobiles.
Weather
Indiana’s weather is predictably unpredictable. Check the forecast and wear what’s appropriate… That could be a jacket, a rain coat or a T-shirt. Our events always run in both liquid sunshine or actual sunshine, we always hope for the latter.
