Load-In Instructions Are Coming This Weekend

Add us to your contacts so your instructions don't land in Spam.

It took some time, but the puzzle is finally solved. Artomobilia group placements are done, and load-in instructions go out this weekend.

This is the work that happens quietly in the weeks after registration closes: fitting every group thoughtfully into the Carmel Arts & Design District and Carmel Midtown so that each car is shown at its best. Five hundred vehicles across a downtown footprint is a genuine puzzle, and getting it right is what separates a curated show from a parking lot. We're glad to have it settled.

Now comes the part that matters most to you. This weekend, load-in instructions begin arriving in your inbox. They'll tell you when to arrive, which is important, and where to arrive, which is even more important. We'll send them more than once between now and show day, so watch for them and keep them handy.

One quick favor that will save you a headache. Please add john.leonard@artomobilia.com to the contact list in your email platform. Email providers sometimes route event messages to the Spam or Junk folder, and the last thing we want is for your load-in instructions to end up somewhere you won't see them. Adding us as a contact tells your provider we're the real thing, and it keeps our messages where they belong: in your inbox.

Take thirty seconds to do that now, before the instructions go out. It's the single easiest way to make sure your show morning goes smoothly.

Placements done, instructions on the way, and the countdown fully underway.

Watch your inbox this weekend, and we'll see you on August 29th.
