With registration closed, we turn to organizing the field and preparing for load-in.

With Artomobilia registration closed, the quiet work begins.

This is the part most people never see. Over the coming weeks, our attention turns to organizing every entrant into a well-presented group, sorting hundreds of cars across our collector car classes, our enthusiast corrals, and our brand-focused Palooza gatherings. It's a bit like assembling a very large, very particular puzzle, where every piece is a car someone cares about deeply and every placement matters.

The goal is simple to state and hard to execute: put every car where it looks its best and belongs, whether it's being judged or shown for display. A well-organized field is the difference between a show that feels curated and one that feels like a parking lot. Getting it right takes time, and it's time we're glad to spend.

Alongside the sorting, the communication begins. Every entrant will hear from us with their group confirmation, followed by load-in instructions and arrival times. Those details are what allow several hundred cars to flow into the Carmel Arts & Design District and Carmel Midtown on the morning of Saturday, August 29th without chaos. Right place, right time, calm morning. That's the whole idea.

While that work unfolds, the rest of Artomobilia Weekend is already open to you. Tickets are available now for the Porsche Classic Restoration Challenge and the Veloce Hangar Party, both taking place the day before, on Friday, August 28th. The Restoration Challenge fills the afternoon at Motor District, and Veloce caps the evening in the hangar. Together they make the Friday every bit as good as the Saturday.
