Seventy Years of Excellence, Back for Mercedes-Palooza
The Mercedes-Benz Club of America, Crossroads Chapter, rejoins Artomobilia on August 29th.
We're glad to welcome the Mercedes-Benz Club of America, Crossroads Chapter, back to Artomobilia for Mercedes-Palooza.
There's a particular value in a marque club that a general car show can't replicate. The Mercedes-Benz Club of America has been at this since 1956, which means the knowledge runs deep and the connections run deeper. These are people who know the cars not as objects to admire from a distance, but as machines they live with, maintain, and understand down to the detail. When a club like this turns out, they don't just bring cars. They bring context.
The Crossroads Chapter serves enthusiasts here in the Indiana region, and having them anchor Mercedes-Palooza gives the corral something a random gathering of three-pointed stars would lack: a throughline. Members who know each other, cars with stories the owners can actually tell, and the kind of easy expertise that makes walking the group a genuine education if you're inclined to ask.
The range is part of the appeal. Mercedes-Benz spans nearly a century of engineering, from prewar elegance to the gullwing era to the modern AMG cars, and a chapter turnout tends to reflect that breadth. You never quite know what will roll in, which is exactly the point.
Mercedes-Palooza takes place Saturday, August 29th in Carmel, part of Artomobilia day and a short walk from the main show. If you own a Mercedes-Benz, this is a good year to bring it and fall in with people who share the interest. And if you simply appreciate the marque, come walk the corral and talk with the members. They tend to be generous with their time.
We're pleased to have the Crossroads Chapter back, and we're looking forward to what they bring.
