Welcome Back, Barrett-Jackson
Barrett-Jackson returns to Artomobilia for nearly a tenth year, and the invitation to Scottsdale stands.
We're glad to welcome back Barrett-Jackson for nearly the tenth year running.
There's a personal note to this one. I lived in Southern California in the early 90s, and every January I'd make the drive over to Scottsdale to see what Craig Jackson and his team had assembled. It amazed me every time. An array of collector and enthusiast cars, all of it out in the open, and all of it for sale. This was before the auctions became television events, before the phenomenon. Just an extraordinary field of cars in the desert and the low hum of a thing that was clearly about to become something much bigger.
And it did. In the decades since, Barrett-Jackson has grown into what it is today: continuously larger sales, ever more remarkable cars, and events spread across the country. What started as a Scottsdale institution now runs in Las Vegas, Palm Beach, and beyond, each one drawing collectors, enthusiasts, and the plain curious from everywhere. They earned the title of the world's greatest collector car auction the hard way, one January at a time.
If you've never been, consider this your encouragement. There's no better cure for a cold Midwest January than a flight to Scottsdale and a weekend at WestWorld. The 2027 Scottsdale Auction runs January 23rd through 31st, and if the desert isn't in the cards, there's likely a Barrett-Jackson event within reach at some point in the year.
And it isn't only for buyers. If you're considering parting with one of your favorite vehicles, the Barrett-Jackson team offers a white-glove consignment service that walks you through the process end to end. Selling a car you've cared for is rarely a simple decision, and having people who understand that, and who handle every detail from paperwork to the block, makes it a good deal easier.
We're grateful for their continued support of Artomobilia, and glad to count them among the partners who understand what this community is about.
Welcome back, Barrett-Jackson.
