RANDALL COLLECTION TOUR
HOSTED BY ARTOMOBILIA
SATURDAY, JULY 25 @ 10AM
Every year, the judges and volunteers who give their time to Artomobilia make the event what it is. As a thank you, we open doors that are usually closed. This year, that door leads to one of the largest private car collections in the Midwest.
On July 11, Dr. John K. Randall is hosting our group for a private tour of his collection, with John Leonard on hand to guide the conversation. This is an invite-only gathering for the people who make Artomobilia run.
Dr. Randall is no stranger to our community. He has brought his cars to Artomobilia over the years, and we count him among our most recognized and accomplished Artomobilia Alumni. The chance to see the rest of his collection, on his terms and in his space, is one we are glad to extend to the team members who make the event possible.
Dr. Randall has been into cars since he was fourteen, starting with a 1966 Chevrolet Malibu he wasn't allowed to drive until he went out for sports in high school. The collection he has built since runs deep into American muscle from 1968 through 1971, split fairly evenly across General Motors, Ford, and Chrysler.
His real passion is 1959. He owns close to one '59 convertible from every American manufacturer, including a Plymouth Sport Fury, a Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz, an Oldsmobile Dynamic 88, a Thunderbird, and an Impala. There are oddballs too, like a 1978 AMC Matador coupe, the last one ever built, once owned by AMC designer Richard Teague.
This is a small, private group. If you plan to join us, let us know so we can hold your spot.
🥂 This is a 21 and over event. 🥂
🧭 The Randall Collection is located in Lafayette, about a 60-minute door-to-door drive from Carmel. We will share the exact address, maps and parking details with everyone who registers.
