Ferragosto! Is Going to Be Magnifico… Here’s Why

Italian cars, a private garage campus, and lunch on the lawn to kick off summer at Motor District.

Ferragosto! is going to be something. We mean that. It is a rare combination of people, partners, and sponsors coming together to mark the kick-off of summer with a celebration of Italian style and performance.

Start with the old catch-phrase: location, location, location. There is no better one in Hamilton County than the growing Motor District campus, fourteen acres of enthusiast and collector automotive bliss in Westfield. Guests get to walk the private campus and see some of the most noteworthy and aspirational garages around, the kind of spaces that make you rethink what a garage can be.

Then there are the cars. Alfa Romeos, Ferraris, Maseratis, Ducatis, Piaggios, Lamborghinis, Fiats, and more, arriving from individual owners, private collections, and partners like Graham Rahal Performance and Napleton Italian Imports. It is the full range of the Italian marques, delivering unmatched vintage charm to modern supercar performance, gathered in one place for an afternoon.

Lunch is available with pre-registration, prepared by car collector and restaurateur Adam Hoffman and the team at Big Hoffa's Smokehouse, with music from Chris Trowbridge to set the tone. And do not overlook Jennifer Stormes and her team, who will showcase their proposed automotive-themed hotel and entertainment complex, Veloce Hotels, throughout the Millennium Sounds facility. It is a vision worth exploring.

All of this is packed into two hours on Saturday, June 13, from noon to 2 p.m. Lunch pre-registration closes June 7 so we can plan for our luncheon guests.

A few spots remain for Italian cars, but they will likely fill before Sunday. Register your Italian car while there is still time.
