Ferragosto! Is How We Start the Summer.

Free to attend, beautiful to experience, and even better if you stay for lunch.

Ferragosto! is around the corner, and if you have never come out for it, this is the year to change that.

On June 13, Motor District in Westfield opens its doors for one of the most enjoyable afternoons on the Artomobilia calendar. Ferragosto is an Italian tradition celebrating the height of summer, and we have borrowed that spirit and made it our own. The result is a warm-weather gathering that feels less like an event and more like the kind of afternoon you actually want to have.

The cars are the heart of it. Ferragosto! is a celebration of Italian automotive culture, and the machines that show up reflect that beautifully. Ferrari. Lamborghini. Alfa Romeo. Fiat. Maserati. The full range of what Italy has contributed to the automotive world, gathered together in a setting that gives them the backdrop they deserve. Whether you are a lifelong tifoso or someone who simply appreciates beautiful things, there is a lot to look at. Admission is free, but we do ask that you register in advance so we can plan accordingly. It takes about a minute and it helps us make the afternoon better for everyone who attends.

If you are smart about it, you will also sign up for lunch. There are few things better than sharing a good meal with like-minded enthusiasts, and Adam Hoffman and the Big Hoffa's Smokehouse team give us a genuinely great reason to sit down together. It is the kind of food that slows the afternoon down in the best possible way.

Live music runs throughout the event, keeping the energy easy and unhurried. And if you have not toured the private garages at Motor District before, Ferragosto! is a wonderful opportunity. The collection of spaces inside that facility is something worth seeing, and access like this does not come around often.

This is summer done right. Come hungry, come curious, and bring the car if you have one worth showing… if not, bring your family and friends for an afternoon of Italian design.
