The Only Thing Waiting Are The Roads.

SHIFT is a road rally, a poker run, and a full day on Southern Indiana's best roads. May 2 is almost here.

May 2 is close. If you have been watching SHIFT from a distance, now is the time to stop watching, call your buddies and start planning. The road rally is just around the corner, and the field is nearly full. We might have 10 spots left, maybe.

SHIFT is not a car show. There is no parking lot, no velvet rope, no standing around waiting for something to happen. It is a full day of driving through some of the best roads Southern Indiana has to offer, directed turn-by-turn by the THUSIA app and built for people who want more from a Saturday than a static display. The route is curated. The stops are worth the drive. The field is small by design, and that is exactly what makes it work.

The morning begins at Silo Auto Club in Indianapolis, where Mike Simmons and his team welcome participants with a light breakfast and a driver's meeting before the group heads south. Silo is one of the great automotive club facilities in the region, and the right place to start a day like this.

One of the first stops is The Club at Putnam Park, where Chris Diasio and his team host participants at one of Indiana's premier private motorsports facilities. A 1.8-mile, 10-turn road course with proper amenities and a membership culture that fits this crowd well. You’ll love it.

Lunch is provided by Cole McCardel and the Motoring Wealth team of Raymond James, joining as our Lunch Sponsor. Their practice is built specifically around collectors and enthusiasts, and they bring the same attention to detail to the table that the SHIFT crowd brings to their cars. They’re automotive enthusiasts that just happen to know how to optimize your collection.

There is also a poker run element woven into the day, which adds something fun to the drive without taking anything away from it.

If you have been thinking about it, now is the time. Spots are limited and registration is filling.
