Final Call: Driven to Give Closes Tonight
An amazing field of charities, a gorgeous forecast, and registration closing at midnight.
Today is the last day to register for the Driven to Give Road Rally.
What started as an idea has become something we are proud of. An amazing group of charities is on the roster, each chosen by a driver and co-pilot who cares about the cause and wanted to put a day of driving behind it. Looking at the list of entrants and the organizations they are supporting, it is hard not to feel good about what Saturday will do.
The weather is cooperating too. The forecast calls for a crisp fall day, sunshine and clear skies, the kind of afternoon that makes southern Indiana’s roads a pleasure from the first mile to the last. You could not ask for better conditions for a drive.
A special thanks is owed before the cars ever leave the line. To Turner Woodard and his family, and the Woodard Van Riper Family Foundation, for making the Driven to Give Road Rally possible and for matching every entry dollar for dollar. To Mike Simmons and the team at Silo Auto Club, our starting point in downtown Indianapolis. And to Adam Hoffman and the team at Big Hoffa’s Smokehouse, who are handling lunch. This event runs on their valued partnerships.
If you have been meaning to sign up, now is the time. Registration closes at midnight tonighgt, and Rally Instructions go out Tuesday evening, so your spot needs to be secured before then. Bring your co-pilot, pick your cause, and join us.
It is a rare chance to spend a beautiful fall day doing something you love and sending real support to a charity that matters to you. Don’t miss the unique opportunity to drive change in your favorite charitable organization.
