Registration Is About to Accelerate. Don’t Wait.

A steady stream becomes a flood on July 5, and capacity fills fast.

Every year follows the same pattern. Registrations for Artomobilia arrive at a steady, manageable pace through the spring and early summer. Then July 5 hits, and the volume climbs exponentially, right through the final week of July or until we reach capacity, whichever comes first. It is predictable, and it is fast.

It happens across the board. The Collector Car Classes fill. The Enthusiast Corrals fill. And each of our Palooza groups, Porsche, Lotus, BMW, and Mercedes, fills as well. The cars that make Artomobilia what it is tend to register in a rush, and the math gets tight quickly once that window opens.

Last year set a record we would rather not repeat. Our team had to turn away more than 150 entrants, not for any lack of interest but because of capacity and deadlines. Getting hundreds of cars to the right place at the right time (without bumping into each other) takes real planning, and once the field is full, it is full. There is no flexing the footprint to make room for latecomers.

We say this not to apply pressure but to be honest about how the calendar works. The people who register early get the certainty of a confirmed place. The people who wait are betting against a clock that has not been kind in recent years. Every season, good cars miss out simply because their owners assumed there would be more time.

The takeaway is simple. If you intend to join Artomobilia and the Indianapolis automotive community for 2026, do not wait until the rush. Register early, register now, and secure your place before the window closes. We would much rather see your car on the field than add it to the list of cars we could not fit.
