The McKibbin Collection

Time, Talent, and Treasure. The McKibbin Collection Comes to Artomobilia. A curated showcase of extraordinary builds from one of Hamilton County’s most passionate automotive collectors.

There are car collections, and then there are statements. The McKibbin Collection is the latter.

Jason McKibbin is an entrepreneur, automotive enthusiast, and collector who has poured his time, talent, and treasure into a group of vehicles that reflect a serious and personal commitment to the craft of the automobile. This August, Artomobilia will showcase a selection from that collection, and it is worth knowing what is coming.

The centerpiece is a 1969 Camaro SS that represents the kind of no-expense-spared rotisserie restoration that most enthusiasts only read about. Starting from a rust-free desert car, the build produced a documented 630-horsepower 427 with AFR heads, MSD ignition, and a Tremec 5-speed, finished in LeMans Blue with Dover White stripes. Wilwood big brake kits at all four corners, full Hotchkis suspension, RideTech coilovers, and Dakota Digital gauges round out a build that is as serious underneath as it is beautiful on top.

Alongside it sits a 1973 split-bumper Camaro that takes a completely different direction. Finished in deep sinister black with shaved exterior details, it runs a built LS2 with a 6-speed manual, QA1 suspension at all four corners, mini-tubs, and 335-wide rear tires. Where the 1969 is a classic restoration, the 1973 is a modern pro-touring statement.

The collection also includes a 1968 Chevelle SS finished in Midnight Blue with ghost striping and a frame-off rotisserie restoration behind a 615-horsepower 454. A 1966 C10 Pro Touring in Matador Red with a dyno-proven 497-horsepower 406 small block. A GT350-style 1967 Mustang convertible in Torch Red with a built 306, T56 manual, and a 9-inch rear end. And a beautifully restored 1978 Ford F-150 Ranger XLT 4x4 that brings the same level of care and craftsmanship to a classic truck platform.

Each car in the McKibbin Collection tells a different story. Together they tell one about what happens when passion meets purpose and neither one compromises.
